General Terms and Conditions
These General Terms and Conditions (“GTC”) govern the rights and obligations related to the use of services provided by FundedPanda (the “Services”), primarily offered through the FundedPanda.com website (the “Website”). Please read these GTC carefully. You are under no obligation to use the Services if you do not agree with or understand any part of these Terms.
1. Introductory Provisions
1.1. These GTC govern your (“you,” “your,” or the “Customer”) rights and obligations related to the use of the Services provided by FundedPanda (“we,” “our,” or the “Provider”).
1.2. By registering on the Website or, where registration is not required, not later than by your first use of the Services, you enter into a contract with the Provider, which includes these GTC. By doing so, you acknowledge and agree to these GTC.
1.3. The Services are only intended for individuals over the age of 18, residing in countries where the Services are legally available. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. You also agree to access the Services only from countries where they are available and to comply with local laws.
1.4. The Services consist of providing tools for simulated foreign exchange trading or trading on other financial markets, including access to educational materials, analytical tools, and other related services. Any trading done through the Services is simulated, meaning all trading capital is fictitious, and you have no rights to those funds beyond using them for the Services.
1.5. None of the services provided to you by the Provider should be considered as investment services. The Provider does not provide any investment advice, guidance, or recommendations on how to perform trades or on specific investment tools.
1.6. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
1.7. Definitions and abbreviations used in these GTC can be found in Clause 18.
2. Services and Their Order
2.1. You can order the Services through the Website by filling out the appropriate registration or order form. After registration, we will send you login details for the Client Section and/or Trading Platform.
2.2. The Services may include a Free Trial, FundedPanda Trading Challenge, or other products. Different products may offer varying features or access levels. Completing the Free Trial does not automatically grant access to other services.
2.3. All the information you provide must be complete, true, and up-to-date. You are responsible for keeping this information accurate, and the Provider has no obligation to verify the data provided.
2.4. If you register using identification details indicating that you are a legal entity or an entrepreneur, you will not be granted rights usually reserved for consumers under these GTC.
2.5. Fees for the FundedPanda Trading Challenge and other services depend on the chosen product options. The Provider may change fees and product parameters at any time, but such changes will not affect services already purchased.
2.6. Fees paid for access to the FundedPanda Trading Challenge are non-refundable. This applies even if you cancel your account, fail to complete the challenge, or violate these GTC.
2.7. If you dispute a paid fee or lodge an unjustifiable complaint with your bank or payment provider, the Provider reserves the right to stop providing services and refuse future service requests.
2.8. Once you select a specific option for the FundedPanda Trading Challenge, that choice applies to the subsequent Simulated Funded Account as well. Changes to the chosen option are not allowed once the selection has been made.
3. Payment Terms
3.1. Fees for the FundedPanda Trading Challenge are listed in USD, but payments may also be accepted in other currencies. Exchange rates at the time of payment will apply if a different currency is used.
3.2. Service charges include all applicable taxes. If you are a legal entity, you are responsible for meeting your tax obligations.
3.3. Fees can be paid by payment card, cryptocurrency, or other accepted payment methods listed on the Website.
4. Client Section
4.1. Only one Client Section is allowed per customer. You are responsible for all activities within your account.
4.2. You may not transfer capital, performance data, or other information between products in your Client Section unless otherwise specified by the Provider.
4.3. Your login credentials must be kept secure. The Provider is not responsible for any misuse of your account.
5. Demo Trading Rules
5.1. Demo trades performed on the Trading Platform must follow good market practices and must not involve any forbidden trading strategies, as outlined in Clause 5.4.
5.2. The Provider has access to your demo trading data and may share it with affiliated entities. You grant consent for this automatically upon using the Services.
5.4. Forbidden Trading Practices include, but are not limited to, exploiting errors in services, using unauthorized software, or engaging in manipulative trading strategies.
5.5. If you engage in any forbidden practices, the Provider may cancel the services provided to you and terminate your account without refund.
6. FundedPanda Trading Challenge and Simulated Funded Account
6.1. After paying the fee for the FundedPanda Trading Challenge, you will receive login details for the Trading Platform, which will be activated once you make your first demo trade.
6.2. To meet the conditions of the FundedPanda Trading Challenge, you must fulfill specific trading parameters, as detailed on the Website.
6.3. Upon successful completion of the Trading Challenge and Simulated Funded Account, you may be considered for a recommendation to the FundedPanda Trader Program.
8. Use of the Website and Services
8.1. The content on the Website, including data, texts, designs, and multimedia, is the property of FundedPanda or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the content for personal use.
8.2. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, or use the content for commercial purposes without permission.
9. Disclaimer
9.1. The services are provided “as is” and the Provider disclaims all warranties, to the extent permitted by law.
10. Communication
10.1. Communication from FundedPanda will be sent through the Client Section or via your registered email.

11. Violation of the GTC
11.1. If you violate these GTC, the Provider may restrict or terminate your access to the services without prior notice or compensation.
12. Right to Withdraw from a Contract
12.1. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of execution. However, if you start demo trading before the end of this period, you lose the right to withdraw.
13. Defective Performances
13.1. If the Services provided do not meet the agreed terms, you may notify us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
15. Dispute Resolution
15.1. Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the UAE.
17. Final Provisions
17.1. These GTC constitute the entire agreement between you and FundedPanda, and they supersede any prior agreements.
