12. Right to Withdraw from a Contract
12.1. If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 days of its execution (see GTC clause 2.10 for details on the contract execution timing). Please note that if you begin performing demo trades before the expiration of the specified time limit, you lose the right to withdraw from the contract.
12.2. To withdraw from the contract, you must send your request to our email address: [email protected] within the specified time limit. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal without undue delay. Upon withdrawal, we will refund all fees paid by you, using the same payment method, within 14 days of your request.
12.3. FundedPanda reserves the right to immediately withdraw from the contract in the event of any breach by the customer, as specified in GTC clause 10.
13. Defective Performances
13.1. If the services do not meet the agreed standards or have not been provided to you, you may exercise your rights regarding defective performance. FundedPanda does not provide any guarantees for service quality. You must notify us of any defects without undue delay via our email address or the address listed in GTC clause 11.2. When notifying us of a defect, you may request either a remedy for the defect or a reasonable discount. If the defect cannot be remedied, you may withdraw from the contract or claim a discount.
13.2. We will work to resolve any complaints you file as soon as possible, and no later than 30 calendar days. We will confirm receipt and settlement of the complaint in writing. If we do not resolve your complaint within the specified timeframe, you have the right to withdraw from the contract. Complaints can be submitted via email to [email protected].
2.6. Fees are paid for accessing the FundedPanda Trading Challenge or other services provided under the FundedPanda Trading Challenge. Refunds are not available if the customer cancels their account, stops using the services, fails to complete the FundedPanda Trading Challenge, fails to meet the challenge conditions, or violates the terms specified in the GTC.
2.7. If a customer disputes a paid fee with their bank or payment provider (e.g., via chargeback or similar services) that results in the annulment, cancellation, or refund of the fee, FundedPanda reserves the right to stop providing any services and refuse future service requests.
2.8. The trading parameters selected for the FundedPanda Trading Challenge when placing an order apply to the subsequent verification process. Once the selection is made, it cannot be changed. However, restrictions in clause 2.8 do not apply if you order a new challenge.
2.9. FundedPanda reserves the right to change fees and service parameters at any time. These changes will not affect any services purchased before the changes were notified.
4.5. The customer may request the cancellation of their account at any time by sending an email to [email protected]. This request is considered a termination of the contract. Once the request is received, the customer will no longer be entitled to use the services, including the trading platform. FundedPanda will confirm receipt of the cancellation request by email, after which the contract will be terminated. No refunds will be issued for any fees already paid.
6.1. Upon payment for the selected FundedPanda Trading Challenge, the customer will receive login information for the trading platform via the email address provided or in their account section. The challenge is activated when the customer opens their first demo trade on the platform.
15. Out-of-Court Consumer Dispute Settlement
15.1. We aim to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with FundedPanda’s services. If you have any complaints or suggestions, we encourage you to contact us directly via our email address or the address listed in GTC clause 11.2. We will do our best to resolve your concerns.
